Banijay's British Blueprint The merger between Banijay Group and All3Media has created a media behemoth, Banijay Entertainment, worth an estimated $8 billion.
As part of this new entity, Patrick Holland will remain at the helm as executive chairman and CEO of Banijay U. K. , overseeing a combined portfolio of around 40 labels.
Holland's retention is not surprising, given his significant contributions to the company since joining in 2022 from the BBC.
