اس زمین کی Deal ka baat karein to yeh ek achha initiative hai. Mahaarashtra government ne andaza kar liya tha ki wohandu preehsad ko zyada basic infrastructure banane ke liye yeh land diya gaya hai. Lekin agar wahin land ko 7,658 square feet mein alat karein to wo bhi bahut mehngi ho sakti hai.
Aur wo kaisa 10 lakh 18 thousand rupee ka annual rent diya gaya hai? Woh ek bahot hi achi cheez hai agar wahin wohin infrastructure banane ke liye upyog ki jaaye to yeh logon ko bhi madad milegi. Aur jo VHP ne kaha hai ki wo land par gharon aur any other facilities banayenge toh yeh ek bahut hi achha project hai.
Lekin agar wo 9.72 crore rupee ka investment karte hain aur annual rent se bhi kamzaat karte hain to yeh ek bahot hi safid business ho jayega. Aur agar market ki price ₹30,000 se ₹37,000 per square foot hoti hai toh wo bhi bahut mehngi ho sakti hai. To sirf is land ko alata karna aur wohin infrastructure banana ek bahot hi chunautipurn kaam hai.
